How does the product recognition system work?
Our AI recognition software analyzes purchase recordings to identify products based on attributes such as color, package features, and UPC/barcode. After you upload the images required for the AI training process, the software learns the key attributes of your products, allowing it to accurately identify what was taken from the cabinet.
What countries and regions can HAHA Vending Machines operate in?

What is pre-authorization?
Pre-authorization is set to prevent theft and reduce portential loss. The POS checks if the balance meets the customized pre-authorized amount. Once confirmed, the amount is deducted, and the door opens. After the transaction, we adjust the charge based on the items taken, refunding any overcharge and deducting any outstanding amount. Overcharges are refunded by the bank within 7 days.

Where are your products shipped from?
We ship from a global network of strategically located warehouses to ensure fast and efficient delivery. Our current warehouse locations include:
- United States – 7 facilities in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Dallas, Houston, Chicago, Florida, and New Jersey (Free pickup available at these locations)
- France – Near Paris
- United Kingdom – Near London
How long does delivery take?
For most U.S. destinations, shipping takes 5 to 10 business days. Free warehouse pickup is also available.
